Pecan Pie

The closer we get to Thanksgiving the more I start craving this pie. I only make it once a year on Thanksgiving (once you see the ingredients you'll know why :) so I really look forward to it every year. This year I thought I'd share the recipe with ya'll. You know, just in case you need to gain a little more weight this holiday season. ;)

Anyway, here it is...

Pecan Pie

3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
2 tblspoons butter or margarine (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups pecans (you can roast them if you want)
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust (or you can make your own :)

Preheat your oven to 350°.
Mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter & vanilla. Blend well.
Add pecans to your mixture.
Pour pecan mixture into your pie crust.
Bake at 350° for about 50-55 minutes.

I've never made pecan pie. I'm a little afraid to try it, just incase it turns out!! No calories, right?!
