Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Wraps

We had these for lunch today and we all L O V E D them so I thought I'd share the recipe. Keep in mind this recipe fed 8 people so if you're feeding less, you might want to divide it and make less.

Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
6-8 chicken tenders
1/2 bottle BBQ sauce
1 - 2 cups water
1 (10 count) pkg tortillas (we used whole wheat)
3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
3 TBSP BBQ sauce
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
diced onions
shredded cheese
any other toppings you want (bell peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms etc.)

Directions:
Mix together 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce and water. Place chicken tenders in crockpot and pour mixture over them. Cook on low for about 7 hours. (I cooked ours last night and then just reheated it today at lunchtime.) Drain.

Mix sour cream and 3 TBSP BBQ sauce together in a bowl. Warm your tortillas according to the directions on the pkg. Spread a small amount (or large amount if you like a lot) of sauce mixture on tortillas. Add chicken and other ingredients. Fold the ends and sides of the tortilla and serve.
