I love this video of the late, great Mahalia Jackson singing Just A Closer Walk With Thee. There are times, like when we were rearended on the interstate putting our one and only family car out of commission and Hoola had a febrile seizure and ended up in the ER with his temp rising to 106 degrees(he's much much better now, thank God) all within the same week and I just need a little pick me up to get me pointed back in the right direction. This video is one of those little pick me ups that worked for me tonight and I just wanted to share it :)

I love her. I wish I could sing with that kind of feeling...well. I do. Just not when anybody is around.
